Within these broad practice areas, our lawyers have deep knowledge and experience in a variety of legal matters, including the development and review of contracts, regulatory compliance issues, risk management, collective bargaining, civil rights matters, personal injury, property and business transactions, and legislative concerns – to name just a few. When conflicts arise, we provide strong representation for our clients through litigation or alternative dispute resolution.
With our full spectrum of legal services, we welcome the opportunity to serve your needs.
A little history
McNeil Leddy & Sheahan was founded by Joseph C. McNeil, a highly-respected attorney who was active in the community until his death in 1978. The firm continues under the guidance of his son, Joseph E. McNeil. Our firm served as corporate counsel to the City of Burlington for more than thirty-five years.
